Return & Exchange Policy – Summary
At Le Cid Parfum, we understand that tastes vary. That’s why we offer the option to exchange or return perfumes that do not suit you, under the following conditions:
- A 2ml free sample is included with every order.
- Main perfume bottles must remain sealed (cellophane intact) for exchanges or returns, requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Customers cover shipping costs (50 SAR) for exchanges; for returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed once the seal is opened, except for:
- Damaged or defective products (e.g., leakage, broken spray).
- Incorrect items received.
- For defective or incorrect products, we will refund or replace the item free of charge after receiving the returned product.
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 14 business days.
